Imperial ones? Or the regular scummy ones?

Dunno. They smell bad, and weight a tonne each. Does that narrow it down?

Yeah.. thank God the game is so PC..
Anywho, anyone know where I can get a good price for slaves? After killing about 2,000 people in the game, I'm in the mood for something different.

You aim too low.
Target a system. Put it in Famine. Then kill every trader that tries to bring supplies to the system. You can kill tens of thousands of people from the comfort of your pilot chair and won't even break a sweat!![]()
Took me awhile to figure out that PC didn't mean Personal Computer...
A white dwarf cooked your crew member? The pc term is 'caucasian midget with Cannibalistic Dietary Disorder'...
As a gay man, I long for the day this kind of thing isn't worthy of being seen as "news." I'd really just like to be treated as anyone else--which doesn't mean being put up on a pedestal every time some gay character gets found in a video game. So what? It's great we're being represented, but that's enough; it doesn't need to be announced.
Still, I, personally, appreciate the find, OP.
Apos said:Now imagine if they added a PP character and they just had to make him flamboyant as hell because the only way to convey any real information is their picture. That would be demining.
One thing I have noticed in gaming and culture in general (mostly thanks to Bioware) is an acceptance of Lesbian relationships. While Gay relationships have yet to be done well. If even attempted at all for the most part.
Let's take Dragon Age Origins as example. Leliana and Morrigan were really well done deep characters. Both had reasons and motives in the player relationships. But then Zevran the Gay Elf comes along chanting "I'm here I'm Queer! And if you don't make love to me I will try to kill you later."
Fast forward to Mass Effect. All these Xeno babes to swing both ways with the player and yet the only gay option was your shuttle pilot and some forgettable schmuck.
The way they handle it in this game is great. Just simply "My Wife" or "My Partner" and done. (Though partner could still be ambiguous) Just a statement of fact and moving on to better things to talk about. Not drawing attention to their sexuality. No glitter no bells and leather. No "I'm here I'm Queer!" They made it as minor a deal as it should be in reality. You scum sucking Imperials may have taken us back to 1860s America with your Johnny Rebel way of thinking but at least the rest of humanity has made some progress.

I'll never forgive Bioware for making an entire race of space lesbians/bisexuals in ME1, forcing me to wait until the third game for a romance option, and THEN hitting Kaiden with an ugly stick.
I disagree with you here. Firstly, the character isn't being praised or put on a pedestal for being gay. She's a procedurally generated image and a paragraph of text; not much character to judge! It's Frontier getting a small kudos for doing a teeny bit of effort. Secondly, this isn't really news, as people have pointed it out. It's just one person saying "Hey, neat." I think we should be encouraging stuff like that; it's just a bit of positive pressure to keep things rolling along. As a gay man in the States, I saw last November how things can slip backwards.

"Positive pressure," as you call it, just makes the other side more hardened against us ("Why do they have to shove this in our faces?!"). There's a gay character in Elite. Cool, moving on.
