ED and LED light control?

Hi All

I purchased and setup an Obutto R3volution with triple mount and I cant say enough how much I love it, I would like to add LED strips to the frame to make it "safer" for getting in and out. I was wondering/hoping if someone had a bit of advice as to what I should purchase to make this possible and especially if I can power/control the lights from my PC and or incorporate the light scheme into ED changing lights? Any ideas and if this is the wrong location please advise. TY

ii bought a cheap RGB ledstrip of ebay, altho it preduces enough light. white aint white, and yellow is more orange.
keep that in mind if you go the cheap way.

I have a triple monitor R3volution myself, adding LED lighting was one of the first things I did after I finished assembling it. I used two USB-powered strips running underneath the frame rails that support the chair. I set the color to match my PC lighting (green) and changed the sleep state settings for my computer to ensure the USB ports powered down when I turn the computer off. For different colors and other effects, the DMX software mentioned above might work, but I never got around to trying it.

EDIT: Here are a couple pictures that may help (please forgive the quality)

awesome, thanks, I ended up just getting a cheap strip USB type off amazon. Ran them both down the main seat frame chassis, so I can actually see when getting in and out at night.. so much better that way.. FYI if you want my opinion on the best accessory for ED and immersion. The seat and VR are beyond amazing, but man addind a SUBPAC S2 INTO the seat was the best thing I ever did.. I will write another post about it soon as I think more people need to know about this.
