NPC Railguns Suggestion

As most of us are well aware, NPCs have godlike accuracy with their railguns.
While i do love a challenge, and I'm never really for nerfing NPCs, i do believe Railguns, and only NPCs WITH Railguns, could do with a minor tweak. If possible.
Almost entirely because they're just too good at taking out our SLFs, especially in CZs.

My suggestion is basically add artificial Jitter to NPCs railguns(or something along those lines).
A Harmless NPC Railgun would have a jitter of say +1.0°, and would decrease by 0.1° as there ranks increase. Elites would be 0.0°.
This, in theory, should be small enough to have almost no impact* on regular ships, but allow SLFs to survive a bit longer in CZs, particularly.

I have no idea if that's even possible!
But it is my suggestion.

Thanks for reading!

*Module sniping by NPC's would be effected, but balanced I believe.

Numbers are just for reference.

Thoughts?

But one NPC shot the heatsink launcher right off my hull! Lol
I've also has swell placed railgun shot through the canopy. :p

But the suggestion is entirely for SLF survival in CZs. They simply don't at the moment. Lol

NPC's target always to the center of your ship with fixed weapons. An Asp Scout has shot at my Cobra with fixed beam lasers right on my canopy at 2.8km distance. The accuracy of fixed weapons on NPC's is what it is....the accuracy of a computer :/ this is not changeable in a way that makes still sense.
But i think, that the accuracy with fixed weapons from NPC's is annoying, but not a real problem at all. The real problem can be seen when 'untargeting' them. They know magically always were you aim at with your fixed weapons as long as you target them. When untargeting, their maneuvers seems more plausible and less cheating. THIS is what needs adjustment and would also solve the problem about thwir godlike abilitys with fixed weapons. Frontier needs to close their "third eye" or "sixth sense".
