I completed the house quest in Elder Scrolls Online. The quest rewards you with an empty tavern room that you can call home, and decorate as you see fit.

£6.50 later, and a lucky catch fishing... I have a hovel that I would like to live in IRL.

RIP.

I left ESO to come to ED. Dont even remember my toons name.
To many better MMOs, that one has fallen by the wayside

On PC, yeah, it's not great. I play it on Xbox though. There it is actually doing rather well. Playerbase is strong, and PVP in Cyrodiil is a blast.

Has Elder Scrolls Online made much improvement since it came out? I was put off by the mixed reviews.

It's a good console MMO. Why I play on Xbox. It has some distance to go on PC yet, but I think it'll get there. I'll post my thoughts on the Morrowind expansion in June. I hope the expansion will be a game changer.

Elite and ESO have taken 90% of gaming time since 2014, I haven't really felt the need to play anything else, so I have absurd number of hours put into both. :D

That's like asking if Elite Dangerous has improved much since it came out. — Yes, of course it has. It's hardly been a dead game with no updates since then.

Bought a cottage today. Fully furnished it too. Located in The Rift.

Even made a camp in the garden for my friends. We RP heavily.

Even walk, and I literally mean walk in-game to the local tavern and drink virtual mead.

Actually, here's the best part... I have a ruddy Hircine statue in the garden, guarding the camp. It's fitting, as both myself and my friends are werewolves.

I wish they never wasted all that time with ESO and instead worked on Elder Scrolls 6...

But then again, after seeing Bethesda drop the ball with Fallout 4, I'm unsure they still can keep the bar as high as with Skyrim.
