question regarding holo-me

Hello everyone,

Haven't played 2.3 yet (it was downloading all night, can't wait to come back home tonight and try multi-crew and all the new treats FDev have made for us [yesnod])
Anyway, when you make your avatar, can you modify it endlessly or once you validate you can't change it anymore (or maybe an engineer can work it out with few cargo of botox and surgical tools

Thanks o7

You can change as often as you want.

Which is good.
Having a hard time getting exactly what I want looks-wise.
Seemed much easier in ME to get a "mini-me."

I know, it's missing a few variants so you get annoyingly close but never quite there. Mine has eyebrows that are way too thin, so I'm in two minds as to whether I should just make up a new face.

I'm having issues with the colours to be honest... Seems dark grey is not always what you suspect.

I tried and tried to get colours that looked good for the face but it seems the facial hair is just not done very well or at least nowhere near the same standards or depth. Sadly until this is improved I'll be staying as the old CMDR model. :(

A "Cmdr Obvious" pro tip I just "discovered" while giving HoloMe a try for my 2nd Cmdr save - use the Force...err...presets Luke.
I didn't realize on my first attempt there were so many presets - at least 40 - and starting with a preset close to what you want makes it easier. Still tricky for me, compared to ME, get exactly what you want but with some practice I see light at the end of the tunnel.
