F-dev store riped me off!

I spent 600 points on name tags and checked out there was an error and now I have no points and no name tags watch out.
 
Have you actually bothered to contact Frontier support, or are you too busy complaining about being 'ripped off' to try?
 
Yea they said it's really high traffic if it doesn't show up by the time I get home from work in 6 hrs I'll contact again the thing that bothers me is it doesnt even show up in my purchased items.

I haven't had that with name tags but yes one has to be very careful with the store at the moment. I managed to pay for the "ancestral" holo me tatoos twice on the same game account and I still don't have access to them in game after buying them last night. I've raised a support request. I'm surprised they allow duplicate purchases.

Give it some time, my name tags and space suites only appeared in the game this morning. (bought them yesterday).

there is a heavy load of CMDR's buying stuff atm.
 
Delay in purchase being added to account or an issue, log a ticket/contact Frontier.

Shame they don't sell commonsense in the store too.
 
FD customer support team are phenomenal, they would probably have responded to you sooner than it took you to write this post. (Maybe a lil longer so soon after a patch)
