A thought...
If FDev insist on this, then we MUST also report any NPC name/ship, any station and any planet (I'm looking at you, Uranus) that could be imagined to contain obscenity.
The Moon must be renamed in case anybody thinks of exposed backsides...
The Python should be renamed for it's connotations.
The FAS needs to be renamed as it has the word assault in it.
Abraham Lincoln station needs to be renamed as it contains the word Bra
Those are just the obvious ones.

What about the "Ring" stations - particularly the ones that start with "W" and have an "A, N & G" in front of the "Ring"?
yeah, but many parents dont. And they are the ones that start lawsuits, not 7 year olds.
I actually got a response to my ticket in the last few minutes!
They can tell me that the offending string of letters A.S.S is in fact NOT on the profanity list, so Support have passed it up to the Devs to look into.
My ships have been manually edited so the good ships Embassy and Ambassador can now fly uncensored! Huzzah!
Still though, down with profanity filtering!

there are some systems, planets that are even more interestingly named, some quite cleverly. I won`t mention them cos i don`t want them censored.

My condolences. it`s getting bad here in the UK too... We may just get out if lucky though.
They'd better come up with a really good explanation as to why a three-letter combination that is on the profanity list for the forum gets arbitrarily asterisked out of ship names if that combination isn't in the game's list. I know SJA's AI is getting better but I'm reasonably sure it hasn't developed its own sense of puritanical morality.
Not exactly UK, but it will be called Western Caliphate.
However - it will happen only because people let to it. Unfortunately UK and UE will not stop that because of demography, even if they change policy. Its just too late. A little hope is only in V4 countries.
