Ship ID AND Ship Name in HUD Information Panel

Yeah; in the top right information panel where the UTC clock is and where the ship name now resides it seems like a nice touch to have the ship ID there too as a (sort of) "maritime" or aviation convention (so to speak).

Example:

My ship name is Gladys and my ship ID is PIN-09 (as in "Papa, India, November" and the ninth ship in my fleet).

The information panel could read:

PIN-09 Gladys

Not QoL, not a game mechanic thing; just a nice touch/detail to add to the ship personalisation.

Additionally, since the comms box shows local time against messages, seems sensible (and the space has now been created) to include a local time clock either above the existing UTC, on the same line as the ship name, or swap them around. Could put "local" and "UTC" in small fonts after each to avoid confusion if need be.
