hey i been playing for about 2 days now..

i found my way to battle area with low intesity, before i get there i get jumped by 2 enemies i manage to shake away ( got 36% health left) i enter combat area, i fight till i got around 3000 credits.

i try to get back to azaban city, but right before the safe disengage i get jumped again and killed.. this happens everytime everytime i get close to my destination i get jumped.

i just cant manage to stay alive to use my credits get better weapons etc. how can i avoid being jumped, while still being able to reach destination?

If your in the original ship, when you die, just get the free sidewinder. You keep all the credits you earn, and can save up.

As far as the interdictions, you can't stop them, but you can run away. Currently, you can just put all power to engines, throttle to max, use afterburner a couple of times, and re-enter supercruise. I said currently, because Frontier has indicated this may not be the case in the future.

As said above . If new to game .when indicted just run ,realign. With original. Destination.. power all pips to engines boost . Then hit SC. Again you will get away clean . And ready for battle at your original. Destination

When you get caught by an interdiction you can esacpe

Straight away

Point toward your destination.

All power to engines

Throttle up to 100%

Hit thrust

Wait for frameshift to cool down

Hit Hyperspace if the desitination is light years away

Hit Supercruise if it's light seconds.

Stay on target

you can skip that, as it may take some time, and align later while you're in supercruise, unless you want to jump to another system, but even then you can supercruise first if you want, and then jump to another system.

And if you feel a bit naughty you could try to kill the EliteDangerous task, but only after you are dead and you get the popup for getting free sidewinder or paying insurance.

the free ship only keeps 1000 credits

i managed to buy my second cannon now , the fighting area is pretty easy , although those anacondas run when you almost kill them

thanks for the replies, i tried to run twice, one time i got blown up before the power up was ready, second time i got away but my ship exploded because it got a little to hot inside hehe

thank you again, ill keep trying, atleast i got the combat skills so maybe i could try to fight it off if it is only 1, i did kill one before but i then had to repair my ship and had like 200 left lol

Actually before you click on continue so you shouldnt see the pay insurance/free sidewinder stuff. rather you should see the "your ship has been destroyed...." popup. DONT click on continue. unless you're willing to do it the intended way. this method will give your cargo back to you, remove bounties, repair your ship etc... and you'll be back where you died.

this "exploit" wont stay forever but in a few situation it can prevent a lot of frustration, it's beta after all. just dont use it as a way to escape a fight, die happily and wait for the popup to show up.
if you dont want to cheat, then make sure you can pay the insurance if you have upgraded your sidewinder or bought some other ship. you wont keep your cargo though, nor will you get any compensation for it.
that may change in the future.

It shouldn't. It should keep all you have made. If not, make sure you put in a ticket.

and no i do not wish to cheat my way out of paying / losing ship, it is part of the game, when you die in real there is not a chance to even get a free ship to tha heavaaan

You wont be able to do that forever though ... Eventually NPC's and PC's will be able to equip SC inhibitors, to stop people going back into SC. Its just not been put in the game yet.
