DW said some time ago that the Dark Wheel had still a role to play and to keep an eye on Tionisla.
Maybe the time has come for them to enter the public playground.

Tionisla already bet, I'd chose Ix for ...personal reasons.

the original clue has only been half used - follow the path of souls, fi(0) SUM(10,7,5,3) = this gets us 46 eridani

DB-IB T-1319 hasnt been explained by anyone. I think it points back to the original Elite 1984, which starts players out in Lave.

If its not Lave, then Tionisla - which ties in to the story that came along with the original Elite.

On a slightly related but ultimately off topic note, the second gen ship's logs seem to conflict with known hyperspace lore. (Or, as usual, whoever wrote the script wasn't paying attention and used the word Supercruise without thinking twice). Off to see Zurara next later in the week, nice and away from Galactic Special of Benny Hill.

The voice logs are a massive quality improvement to this sort of thing, and I guess we now know why they added the SRV data link scanner to ships.

Now that we found the Mega ship and all the bases in the three areas. The bases were found by people 'Brute-forcing' the planets and I always suspected that we missed a clue that could taken us straight to the bases.

Could someone in the know, tell us what we missed?

That's what made me think of Lave indeed. and because of Lave radio which can broadcast buble-wide...if Salomé has Something for all to hear , that's there.

By the way , I claim Cursa as second bet ( if still available).

I was trying to speed up my return from Zurara so I could participate on Saturday evening, but I'm now under family orders to be elsewhere (Guardians of the Galaxy2, which I'm sure I'll enjoy but ...) which means I will have to find out the fate of this particular "galactic guardian" in hindsight. Hope she gets her message out and it's as momentous as we the Rifters have hoped, even if she doesn't survive, but sincerely wish all participants a fun event! :S
