Err, false alarm - was checking GalMap and could have sworn the ones on Col 70 right around 46 Eridani did not show up, but they are saying Requires Unknown Permit again. Sorry.

Nothing particularly unusual found. Only things of any note so far:
- a convoy dispersal pattern with just a single Cobra
- Military Supercapacitors materials. Never seen these before myself but have just bagged three.
