While I didn't even attend the event, is seems to me that that there were plenty of disconnects and bugs for everyone. Probably enough that the was a 50-50 chance of "the assassin" lagging and dropping into an instance consisting of 23 defenders and Salome so I won't gripe about how it wasn't fair. The only thing that concerns me is how Drew will write that into the book, because I can't think of a way of writing that that doesn't seem contrived (then again I'm not a writer for a very good reason).
Personally it is a shame for me since in books I follow characters through the story, not generally the story itself - I lasted 3 books in the song of ice and fire series before I ran out of characters I liked - So it'll be hard for me to remain interested in this story.
This is probably a good point at which to start a new thread, it might give it a fresh perspective and draw people back to the original goals and focus on the as yet unsolved mysteries.

Ripples around the edges of the screen, like a watery distortion. It's certainly been present in all systems with interdiction since 2.3. Feel free to investigate to your hearts content with your good fellows there. If anyone has an interdictor run a test or two perhaps.
The effect is similar to swimming stars - but this time the stars spin in small circles. The effect is globular. you can actually easily see that, and it is quite large. about a third of the screen area. But not large enough if you are speeding. Almost impossible to re-find. Cloaked station comes to mind.
Once I've finished watching the Russian GP, I'll see if I caught it in my recordings from last night
Didn't Raan go to Tionisla before going to Teorge (or vice versa). Has anyone checked out Tionisla? Also there was some shoe shuffling wordplay about Reorte & Riedquat. How about checking those two out? I suspect there are more LPs with Dynasty-relevant clues.
Yeah, that's the one, a watery distortion it's been in game since 2.3 dropped it's widely assumed to be a cohort of the interdiction bug. Perhaps you are describing something else, pics/capture?
Yes, that's been happening since 2.3 went live, it's just another artifact of the interdiction bug. I've seen it in a few random systems since 2.3, weeks ago even.

Ive seen 2 "new" jump behaviours several times.
First, the sky turns completely into green clouds and fog just before exiting H-jump.
Second, the "witch-space clouds" disappears during the jump, only stars and distance systems "dancing".

Speaking of Octavia - I wish the tourist beacon for her deserted asteroid base actually had... well.. an asteroid base there, now that they can be added to the game.

Confirmed.
Yes he did, was following him. He docked in Tionisla. Went back afterwards. Nothing there. Lots of Herald articles in the local galnet. Nothing new for any of us, but it might have been aimed at a wider audience.
Would also like to know. What is the Old Lore behind Teorge?
Someone said it was Rs birthplace? I think *shrugs*.
Drew said yesterday the logs were a big part of the reveal I think anything more depended on Salome making it in one piece.
