You can skip to 4:20 of the video, where an image of the Anaconda coming in to dock is used to illustrate the assertion of a secret fleet of UFOs operated by the US Navy.

"there are approximately 8 cigar shaped mother ships (each longer than two football fields end to end" and 43 small scout ships"

Damn - the UFO fleet operator has more ship slots than we do.

Hear that FD?! We need more ownable ship slots.

Blame Google (e.g. YouTube).

For all that Google thinks their relevant search offerings are accurate, it will pop video suggestions of whacky conspiracy videos like this because I happened to watch and search for videos on alcubierre warp drives.

Was kinda interested in learning more about the theoretical alcubierre warp systems so did bunch of searches and watched 2-3 videos. Next time I logged into YouTube it had under the suggestions section this conspiracy video. I'll admit I clicked to watch because the video caption photo used showed what looked like a pretty cool ship. Wish we had something like that giant in ED.

Here ya go... two videos and channels i would recommend. The Isaac Arthur channel is my fav, he talks in detail about some very interesting Sci-Fi concepts trying to keep everything inside the bounds of known science or major theories.

Alot of Isaac Arthur's videos could apply to technology within ED.

Wow - thanks. Subscribed after watching first video.

He really seems to know his stuff, and blends what I find a hard combo to find - someone who is very knowledgeable of the field the video covers + being a good content creator and narrator. Kinda rare combo in my experience.

Arthur explains pretty detailed info in nice easy to digest chunks. Great channel. Guess I'll be binge watching his videos over the next week to catch up on all the old content.

I watch conspiracy shows for the comedy value. I'm also very interested in psychology. Its interesting to see how these shows use language to say lots but say nothing at the same time.
They use lots of:
"Could it be that"?
"Is it just a coincidence"
"What other explanation is there"
"There is still so much we don't understand"
"Governments have secrets".

They never actually give anything real, or give any proper evidence or facts.

I couldn't get through much of it myself. Why do these videos generally have text-to-speech voice overs? Are they afraid that their real voice will expose their identify to shadowy government agencies? In any case, it makes them unwatchable.

First of all That isnt a Klingon, That is a photo of me.

I love Science and Science fiction.

UFO conspiracy bleeb isnt Science or Science fiction and people who take it 'seriously' are unhinged IMHO.

When i was 10 years old i was very much into the UFO scene, BigFoot, Ghosts, Psuedo science and then one day something clicked in my head. 'The light of reason'.

I started sourcing my information, checking facts and reading materials on actual science and it wasnt long before i come to the conclusion that ufology is nothing but exaggeration, misrepresentation and outright lies.

It is a subject to be viewed with (at least) humour and (at most) scorn.

If you watch it for fun without taking it seriously.... Then humour... If you defend it and rattle your tin foil hat, then scorn.

and of course if you are 10 years old..... you get a pass.

Just like my story. And just like in your case? I never taken dead seriously. Well... I guess some people grow up, and get their vaccinations against these sort of mumbo jumbo, buit others not and remain "sick" in the brain. :p

Aliens don't like to visit planets with stupid beings. And if they visited Earth, we'd do nothing but freak out, lock and load the AR15's and blast a whole bunch of missiles because we think they are a "threat" for doing nothing. Duh, no wonder they don't come here! LOL
