Time for all the harmless nubs(myself included<3) to head off to quince in their sidewinders and become billionaires

From what I can tell, they are - 3 at a time, per faction.
So a station with 7 factions can each give 3 of these, for 20 + 1 You-have-too-many-missions-of-this-type.

The funny bit for me is how the people taking advantage of glitches like Quince are the same people who will complain that the game is shallow and that they did everything there is to do, then ask about more "end-game" content, just before posting here that they are done with Frontier and its inability to make the game engaging.

Realizing that the game isn't about "having the biggest ship" nor "the most money" is half the rent.

I'm not sure if it's wise to criticise the mechanics around Quince as if they're broken and then help advertise it to all and sundry by linking the video of how to do it on the forum.
Granted, it does serve to highlight the issue but by then the damage is done by the time Frontier get around to re-balancing (read: nerfing) this.

This whole credits thing is totally broken anyway. We should have a purely rep based system that unlocks items and ships as we advance, and specific ship upgrades as we gain XP for each ship.

FD should also seriously consider a reward cache system or similar, where caches could be earned for levelling up or completing missions that would contain useful or fun (and sometimes rare and exotic) items. These items might include new paint jobs, weapon colours, sound effect mods or even engineered modules.

Caches could also be purchased from the shop for a nominal fee, so people with less time could buy them instead and not feel left out.

Overstacking was there all the time. Tried it directly after 2.3 and made 112MCr in three hours.

The best practise is to take exactly two scan missions and then wait for the perfect board and take them all.

Surface Scan Data Mission: Search Planet for Base = does NOT require any Scanner what so ever!
Scan Tourist Beacons: does this even require a Scanner of any kind? I think NOT but other Private Data Beacons in USS do!

The only thing wrong with Quince is that all the missions can be completed with just one visit (i.e. surface scan missions only require one scan to complete all of them, similar issue with passenger missions). I don't see any issue with being able to stack missions, that makes perfect sense.

Quince has changed since the update. I find that while it is very lucrative on my first visit to Millerport (I can make between 20-30 million for my first stack of missions), on return the high value missions don't appear. I don't relog, so don't know if that affects things. To be honest, I like this change as it encourages me to head elsewhere and do other things.

Yes it does. You have to go to the building/outpost and scan the data point.

These are all appalling ideas (imo). Sorry.

And whine about how unfair it is that they had their A-Rated Conda shredded around them by an engineered FDL, never accepting the fact that using the easy button meant they simply never learned how to fly.
