Ok, I wasn't going to enter, but thought of a concept for a video on *Saturday so this is a little rushed. If I expected to have enough time before the Deadline I would have reshot some of this, but I think I managed to get it close to how I wanted it:

Edit 1: remembered it was actually Thursday, but I knew I couldn't do anything about it until Saturday.

Edit 2: Just noticed a stupid typo on the endscreen, with no time to fix. I shouldn't have been in as much of a rush to upload :D

Edit 3: Managed to find time to fix the errors and upload an amended version. The link in this post has been updated, and a second email sent to the community email address.

There are some really great videos in this competition, I mean it's seriously impressive. I'm really glad I'm not one of the judges for it!!!! :eek:

In the thing at the top of the post, look for the thing that looks like a film strip (between the picture of the tree and the speech bubble) and then throw the URL in there and it'll wrap the tags.

Just spent some time looking at all the entries. Wow! You all did such a good job! These are great! I don't envy the jusges trying to pick a winner. Such a diverse range of vids. Great job to all who submitted.

Frame Shift: An Elite Dangerous Story aims to show a glimpse of the Elite Dangerous galaxy from the human perspective.

This live-action Elite Dangerous video was shot just last week (in my small condo in Southeast Asia of all places) with a cheap green screen, and I've been frantically editing it since. If I can do it, everyone can do it!
An effect of the time-crunch is the audio quality. I've added captions.

I hope it is enjoyable.
