Ignoramus
Is looking for players who are incapable of looking after themselves, players who have trouble creating independent thought and players who need to be told what to do. If you feel that any of these descriptions apply to you then our really cool Guild is for you. We are mainly looking for players who have a low self esteem and suffer from social interactions with everyday people.
You must have a PC and the game Elite to be eligible for membership, and you must have Teamspeak 3 otherwise how will I be able to tell you what to do.
Disclaimer: Once you are in our guild i will randomly encourage you to donate money for our website and teamspeak funding.
If you do not comply with these donations you will find your career path within our guild a slow and a pointless one.
Ignoramus
The aim of our group is to annoy others buy using the following play styles.
- getting stuck in space station entrances, this will be a group activity.
- Landing on the wrong landing pads.
- Bumping into other players while they are docking
- Dropping cargo canisters of scrap/bio waste outside or inside stations to increase Lag on the peer 2 Peer traffic.
Other goals will be to form groups of upto 28 players and to go around attacking lone commanders for no better reason other than to give ourselves and increased sense of self worth. any profits made from these attacks must be given to the guild leader to ensure that our guild remains profitable.
Our Ethos- as a group we will try and do the following:
1) Ignoramus is focused on telling our members when they should play and how they should play by providing our members simple objectives and goals.
2) PVP requires a range of PVP styles and Skills– as you are incapable of Solo gamplay we will create medium to large groups so that the odds of you meeting another group of PVP players will diminish.
3) Ignoramus is not committed to supporting the individual player because if you want to be in my really cool guild then you have to work as a team.
4) Griefing is not allowed in any form within our really cool guild but I have to say this because im posting my recruitment Ethos on this forum, however once in game and you are on my Teamspeak server you will Greif other players as much as possible under the guise of role playing.

The Founding of IGNORAMUS –
Commander Mobius has played many games, he was a guild leader in Guild wars though that guild only lasted 3 years before he got bored of it, Mobius was also a Alpha/Beta Tester for EVE online and played the game for a few years before he got bored with people trying to recruit him into their corps, and he is also an original backer of the game Elite Dangerous. Ignoramus is a new cool guild for the game elite, even though this game does not support guilds I know that people feel a need to be in some sort of cool group.

Rules for our TEAMSPEAK server.
You must use the push to talk function. Because background noise and heavy breathing annoys the hell out of me.
Only speak if you have something vaguely interesting to say.
You are not allowed to chat with other members idly
only speak if you have been given permission to speak.
Failure to comply to these rules will get you kicked off my teamspeak server and issued a cash fine before you are allowed back on.
Also i will point you to a really cool website telling you that it has been created for your benefit and will ask you to donate money to ensure the running of this website. Hopefully if enough of you join my really cool guild and donate i will be able to by a new PC for myself.
