I think these forums are great and show what a great community we have in Elite: Dangerous! I was at Lavecon a couple of weeks ago and enjoyed meeting a lot of the members of this forum.

I never did play Elite in the early days, but often watched my husband (Wrongway) playing, totally in awe but never believing I would ever be able to play myself. Since then, I've played online games like Air Warrior and currently Aces High, so now have a better feel for 'flying' and am loving the premium beta testing.

Our 2-year-old son, Cloudien, is now playing also making us an 'Elite family'!
