The official manual located at https://d1wv0x2frmpnh.cloudfront.net/elite/website/assets/English-PlayersGuide-Latest.pdf is not very printer friendly due to the techy gray background which will suck ink/toner from the printer.
Also it makes the manual generally fairly hard to read even on a good screen.
A clean printable and also more readable version of the manual would be greatly appreciated!
Also on this note the existence of this manual seems to go unnoticed by most players. I stumbled upon an old version of it when googling, brought it up in discord and got pointed out that there is indeed a "MANUAL" button in the launcher. I had never really bothered to do anything else than klick the big PLAY button in the launcher myself, and I'm perhaps not the only one. Elite Dangerous has the steepest learning curve I've ever seen in a game, mostly due to nothing being explained "in game" but rather on forums / wikis / chats / video guides / external tools etc.
So I feel like the existence of the official manual could be mentioned as part of the onboarding process somehow. It does seem fairl comprehensive and could be a solid reference for people new to the game.
