We have no idea, and seeing as the Code's spokeswolf has recently resigned I fear we will get little sense from them.

He is a member of The Code to the best of my knowledge, also a member of radio sidewinder if I recall correctly.

Whether he was authorized to make the announcement or not I have no idea.

I am a big fan of Elite, I play it a lot. However it's not escaped my notice that sometimes there is more content on the Forums than in the game.

If I were evil, I'd be recruiting players to go there in solo and aggressively trash the BGS - not work for any faction, just whipsaw it back and forth creating chaos, whatever trend you see happening, work against it. It's actually a lot easier to break than it is to move it coherently in one direction or another.

That is pretty much what happens already so I don't see how it is 'evil'

There are many of us (usually older) players where poor eyesight can't be made perfect. It is no laughing matter.

It is good that people on the forums have a sense of humour in their writings. Makes the forums a first stop before playing.
