Hi there Dom,

Could you please remove Crystal Shards and Tempered Alloys from mission rewards list? These are not used in any blueprint, so they're just junk.

Hi there,

I have no ETA on this going live but, since the last time someone said this, I have done a sweep over all microresources that the mission system can provide and have removed the 3 resources which no longer have a use in either engineering or synthesis.

Most likely it was me, in EFC thread in Engineers subforum.

Thanks for this :) It's really maddening when you see an Elite-rank mission with 16 (yes, 16) Tempered Alloys as a reward.

Go to Isinor (you need a permit, so get allied with Chapter of Isinor first), go to Convoy Beacon persistent signal and basic scan T9 and two Condas. They respawn when you relog or re-enter the signal. May take a while, though.

The localised titles tend to be a little bit longer (but not much), so if we print out both then it'll be twice as much data for the name...

To those who manage to farm this successfully through missions now (CIF). What is your trade rank? I am at a place where I am maxed out with all factions. While I do see the occasional CIF rewarding mission I don't see much of it. And my trade rank is bloody low. :p

The higher your rank, the better missions you will get. I'm a trade Elite, and I see Elite-rank missions with CIFs, EFCs and BCs fairly often.

Thanks! One of my goals is to get every available permit in the game anyway so if going to res sites isn't going as well as I'd hope this is a sound backup plan.

They need to add Arsenic to those mission rewards! I'm not usually one to obtain most of this stuff via missions, but after spending two hours on three 2.5 to 2.6% arsenic planets and having 9 units to show for my efforts, I think a mission alternative would be most welcome!

At least if you have any FSDs needing a Grade 5 upgrade. ;)
