Go back to the system you jumped in from. Check galmap, filter for visited stars, should show you which one unless you have visited loads.

To someone who tried to get hyperdiction to happen this sounds like 1st world problem meme

Log out to desktop. Log back in again. You should jump to next system as normal.

Worked for a few people last night who got stuck in hyperdiction loops.
