Wolves of Steel

Hello all, I'm sure some of you already noticed my intentions when this game comes out. My cousin and I wanted to start a group called the Steel Wolves. We are huge submarine/u boat fanatics and wanted to bring that to the 3300's. We aren't going to grief or any of that nonsense (unless provoked). We talked about helping with protections whether it's with traders, explorers you name it. If anyone else is interested let me know. Duck already seemed interested so that's a potential third person. We want to start a wolf pack where we only hunt on packs/numbers.
So far our group is U-96, U-1202.

Also, I do hope you grieve when the circumstances warrant it, though you probably meant grief :)

Last but not least, I was just wondering what submarine games you guys play? Dangerous Waters and such?

lol yeah I meant grief, good one. Yeah I tend to play Silent Hunter series a lot, I know the 5th one was sort of a bust, but with the great subsim community with mods they really turned that game around. Also not sure if you heard about UBoot, but I kickstarted some money towards that because it seems like a game I will love playing for a good while.

Is the U id mandatory, or can we yanks use SSN instead? Someday, when I have the creds to dedicate to a ship built for stealth (as best as ED allows), I think I'd like to at least wing up for an adventure or two. It'll be fun having a "space submarine" as part of my fleet.

Toumal - Silent Service on C64 and later Amiga, then Silent Hunter series (III & IV) back when I had a gaming PC. I'm hoping SH comes to PS4 someday. Oh, and LA class FAS IRL.

Yeah you can use the SSN id, I am a yank but love the history of the U's. But I would love to get a full pack together at some point.

It wouldn't be a paid service, it's totally non profit. I like the way the Rats handle their day to day business so I went off of them.

Good to know. When I am coming back from a long exploration trip and want an escort, I doubt there will be a cash machine outside of the bubble =]

Yeah I'm not that greedy, I just like the sound of helping fellow commanders.

If you're interested let me know and send me a friend request on ps: Jsweaty009. Also do alittle bit of research and find a U boat that you like the sound of or like Duck mentioned a USS if that's what you want.

This sounds interesting. I mostly want to do exploration, but I'm also interested in doing police/security/protection type stuff as well. Problem is, I was terrible at combat on the XB1. Admittedly, I didn't work much at it, though.
