Ah, sorry buddy. I misunderstood your post - thought you're complaining about that! D
Nah, my only gripe is that the derpy modules are possible at all.

The problem with that approach is, God rolls are completely possible. Just very unlikely. So I wonder how many people have been affected when they shouldn't have been?
Yea probably because i m pretty positive that ant doesnt have any god rolls.
Engineers is certainly a problem. The god roll modules are legitimate aspects of the system Frontier designed. The cheaters only accessed what the system allowed (they just accessed them in an expediated manner by exploiting a bug).
The fact the God modules are possible is a far bigger problem in my eyes.
Not really. The god-rolls are statistically difficult to get since they would requires a large number of rolls. Without the bug it is unlikely that very may would be a able to get such perfectly modded ships. Don't forget that it was not just one module, but all of them that were tweaked this way.
So, yes, some commanders will get god-rolls, but not many in the game and certainly not entire player groups.
Oh no... I hope I don't get banned like I did when I killed about 50 ships in Möbius... oh wait that don't happen either. The 13th have been around for over two years. Almost all of our pilots had multiple 140 drives before this was discovered. FD won't ban me, and they won't ban anyone else either. How could they possibly justify it after people have exploited credit schemes, satellite CIF exploits, etc etc. Quite frankly we released it as a gift to the community so people could have ships like ours without the endless grinding we had to do. So anyway, I will sit here and wait for the ban that's not coming. cheers!
funny how fdev doesn't do anything about combat loggers who break TOS, they get away with it. but if someone does this and they wipe engineered modules that arent even exploited. such hypocrites
There are some reports getting around of people who have openly admitted to using the exploit also having their legitimate non-god roll modules removed.
Here, I've found it.
Today it takes a great man not to gloat.
I'm not that great.
You forgot a word in that statement. As in "There are some unconfirmed reports..."
What about simpler things - like not yawning when people around you yawn?
It's long been accepted as an indicator of sociopathic behavior - that lack of empathy that triggers a sympathy yawn.. those are simply not wired right may not need any of these.

Re-read FDev's statement a bit closer, and you'll see that it's intentional. It's called punishment.No they're not. I've spoken to the folks effected. I know they're factual.

Indeed they are but not with G1 level materials.

You missed the point mate. Statistically it might be unlikely, but it is possible. Some of these modules are upto 140% more efficient than the average "good" G5 roll.
That's catastrophically unbalanced. Whether or not they're rare is irrelevant, the fact is it can happen.
