Sorry if this has appeared somewhere else but here goes.Us poor peeps with the Digital version wont be able to play ANYTHING untill midnight on 27th.So is it 2359 on the 26th or 0001 on the 27th?And even its just the Training missions till the servers are switched on later on in the day of the 27th.

I'm gonna start the tutorials right after brekkie. I will spend the time getting the Hotas set up right and making the perfect HoloMe. By the time the servers go up I will be ready to make a ton of creds in the few short hours I have.
Unfortunately I only have Tuesday off so after that I will only be dabbling until the weekend.

Can we dabble with Holo-me without the servers being up? I thought someone mentioned you can only do that in the actual game when it's finally good to go. If we can though before servers go up I'll be a happy pilot.

Sorry, but I have to say that time is wrong. Ed was *very* clear in the live stream that this was placeholder text and *not* an accurate estimation of when the servers would get switched on. It will be sometime on the 27th, but exactly when is as big a mystery to FDev as it is to us. The only thing we know timewise is that come midnight we'll be able to make/connect up FDev accounts and start playing the training missions officially (instead of the way the physical disc owners have got to play them early, the lucky things<g>)
Fingers crossed my physical turns up tomorrow so I can have the evening getting my hotas set up. I'd be happy if the servers go live at 9am on the 27th but that's just me.

The only things we currently know for certain are:
1) the countdown clock is for digital downloaders to provide access to the training missions and challenges.
2) at some point during the day of the 27th the game servers will be taken down to patch in 2.3.10
Only once the servers are back, will everyone (all three platforms) be allowed in.
Historic track record suggests that this will be mid afternoon but until Frontier give a formal indication of how long things will take no-one knows.

I'm still miffed why an important piece of info such as this isn't known yet. I think when Destiny launched we knew several weeks in advance when the servers would be up.
