Well... I won't finish it today anyway. Doing the Ram Tah ruins mission, and have to do on average 5-10 scans a day to complete it in 3 weeks.

On a side note, I'm glad they're doing this upgrade today before the PS4 launch, which I assume is happening tomorrow. Instead of doing both at the same time. Now there's at least some hours before a new wave of players come on board.

sorry to be a bit of a noob here guys i have read few post but i take it that the ed launcher is awaiting the upgrade button to activate has showing start but client out of date apparently ,i have reistalled my ed launcher and still same ,so i take got to wait for the upgrade button i suppose?

I can start the game, but when reach the menu it tell me my client is older, and I need to update. However, it does not give me this option in the launcher.
Any clue?

I wonder if they have stress tested this update ahead of tomorrow? I know that the beta asked for some stress testing but I think that was for the net code.

If that was in reply to my post cheers but I'm on a government pc which is locked down tighter than a duck's derriere, including pretty much every image hosting site in the free world being blocked, so it will have to wait until I get home. Cheers though.

If we were going to add mysterious things... i would add a certain line to the patch notes. :p

It means that although the server has been updated, they have not finished the update process as yet and the new client is not available. You'll see the Play button turn to Upgrade when all the real to go.

In that case we need two indicators - one that says "servers OK" and one that says "servers are currently accessible to the game".
