I know with 100% certainty that 100/101 of the obelisks are doable in Pg, I seriously hope they haven't tinkered with the locations and orders of the combos/obelisks...doubt Canonn will be happy about all that work going to waste...not to mention all those folk, myself included who are part of the Tech 06 group.

#101 confirmed found as expected in Discord, Canonn still seems happy ;)

Niiiiice! Thanks to both of you. Now I probably can get it done this week (instead of pushing on three).

One thing I have to say, it's kind'a fun this mission. I know it's a lot of driving around, but with the new camera system, it's really cool to zoom out and have overview and drive. It's like driving an RC car. Love it.

Copy Beta files to /"elite-dangerous-64" helps a lot as in former updates CMDR's!
I had under 2 minutes ....

Which files in particular? Or just the entire directory tree? Err, I mean folder tree?

Those of us with data caps would like to know. :D

So I do the update. 3 Gb of data but not a lot in the patch notes? Hmmmm.
I get in my Python and the target hull percentage is now obscured.

I love update day and have for the last 25 months. This is why....

[haha]

Approx half the posts on this very page are about this very subject, and the answer is still : do nothing. (Well, apart from read the page :) )
sorry, had a bit to long time between starting and sending off the post...
the answers happened to be written in the meantime :D

thats what you get for not refreshing

edit:

its as pitty, that so many gigabytes must be sent over the net for such a low content patch.
multicrew improvements are just "hotfixes" with more then two month delay.
-> i bet i can still only make the wave-scanner more silent, while the electric in-wheel-motors of my moon-buggy are still able to make a loud enough noise to have sound traverse the vaccum of space, and make it sound like a hydraulic driven lifter.

For me the download was smooth (helped having done the Beta) but it's taking a very long time to build the graphics card profile in the planet generation stage. It takes a few minutes do each 1% after getting to the 50% stage quickly (and no progress seems to be made at all unless I alt-tab out). No point going to support for help, though - I've been told before that my laptop is below min spec (although I think it's more a memory issue than actual capability - it's a FX7600P which is a quad core capable of 3.6GHz). I don't get why it's taking so long when I had no problems in the Beta (although I didn't take part after the Beta update). Just have to wait and hope it works itself out I guess...

Oh my gouda. The guide to find which obelisk for each discovery... such a time and fuel saver. Much appreciated for those guides.

So far, everything is where the Cannon guide says it is.

Greetings Commanders,
Holo-Me Creator
  • Implemented various changes to improve the appearance of Holo-Me in extreme lighting conditions

Multi-Crew
  • Fix to allow the Helm access to turret mode options when they do not have a Gunner in their Multi-Crew session
  • The 'Switch Roles' button will now be greyed out if your SRV is carrying more cargo than the ship has capacity for

Thank you for fixing holo-me appearance!

If the helm can control guns? Who flies the ship? The NPC?

We've never been able to "switch roles" as an SRV. what is this for? prep for multicrew SRV?

Am I gonna have to turn "Verbose Logging" back on?

Edit: Nevermind, Just checked the Appconfig and I indeed had to enable it again (I use EDDiscovery and EGO Comms Link)
