Both do it. I did it with them last night before my UP got stolen by an NPC. I'd watched it in a video prior to that though, so didn't report it assuming everyone knew.
I would be furious if that happened to me >.>
Also, it does look like there is something between the two signal spikes (example at 2.40 on Dreamstates one) or is that just the already known spectrograph image at normal speed?

I think you can take your hat off as it makes perfect sense to me. I'd always been thinking that the barnacles were of human construction/production, I was actually a little disappointed that the majority of conclusions when the Thargoids were seen "scanning" the barnacles was that they were the creators. I think that the fact we've seen spires producing MAs at the Thargoid sites but no barnacles is a good indication, to me at least, that we have reverse engineered them. The Thargoids were just checking out our handywork, maybe seeing if they could find any information that would help them create a virus to attack us as revenge
Which brings us back to how is the logo on the barnacles linked to INRA/Sirius Corp/Caine Massey
Hm. It's early, and I'm still working on coffee. But here's a theory that's been brought up before that might have more standing now:
The barnacles are biologically engineered mycoid. Someone may have made a "factory" of some sort out of mycoid to prepare for the return of the Thargoids. Although, it's a bit odd that the Thargoids themselves would be harvesting anything from it. Unless they have somehow adapted to the virus now? The fact that the Unknown Structures have barnacle spikes, may indicate that they are indeed an older, infected Thargoid structure. The spikes may be an after-effect of the virus, somehow. And would explain why we don't see the actual barnacle at the site since it isn't quite the same strain of mycoid.
Just some early morning thoughts. They still could be Thargoid origin somehow, but the branding always made me think they weren't.

Just a thought: do you have to do these things on the map in wings? So you have one cmdr honking the UA in the left system, a commander honking the UL in a third system and another honking the UP in the right system but that its done simultaneously?

But the "space whales", or "leviathans" all around the site are very interesting to me. As far as I know, every single site is orbiting a gas giant, no? I could be wrong. But the 3 I've been to have.

What audacity settings did you use? Is it just increase freq range?
wait you mean those 3 items each transmit a set of coordinates that when combines lead to the thargoid homeworld or invasion fleet of some kind? pretty sure i floated that idea a few pages back but it got buried fast, glad to finally see someone agreeing with me!
