What is the connection between both? I lately read things about Thargoids and ammonia based gas giants. The UP are found there. So, i am wondering, will gas giant gameplay maybe come already in 2.4? Are the Tharogoids living there?

Ammonia worlds aren't gas giants. They're terrestrial. The theory is (I think) that Thargoids are ammonia based.
I know that, but i was talking about gas giants with ammonia based life.
