I uninstalled my planetary approach suite on my ship it won't let me reinstall it any ideas other than selling the Shi then re buying?

I uninstalled my planetary approach suite on my ship it won't let me reinstall it any ideas other than selling the Shi then re buying?

I think PASes are only available at stations - if you are at an outpost that might be the reason? Or you accidentally launched the non-horizons version. Should be possible to reinstall... But you do need a location where they are for sale. Though normally there is a rebuy option
