It's o7/o7 day!

Duly noted....No offence was intended and it was in direct response to someone asking about a sign for giving the finger ....so hopefully I'm safe in this instance.

Yeah, I'm sure you're fine (and no offence at all). When I did it it was in a somewhat more *ahem* confrontational context and I'm pretty sure someone simply reported me. I've learned my lesson now and am a good boy these days ... isn't that right TJ? :D

Hmmm... in which part of which country's military did they teach you to salute with your left arm :p ?

It's a tactic to confuse the enemy - before they've finished discussing what that person over there is doing saluting with his left hand, that person has run over and given them a wedgie with his right hand :D

It might also be someone practising the left-handed part of a double-rimmer ;)

I must admit, the first time I saw o7 in my comms I spent so much time trying to figure out what it meant the other guy left...

Go figure.

o7 o7

It's only the left hand if you look at it from the front... But your facing the person you are sending the o7 to, and it's right handed. Try it - emulate the o7 now... you use your right hand as you look at the screen!!!

I don't mind admitting I dislike the o7 thing, why? You do not salute with your left arm, do that to an officer and you'll be in the brig for 24hrs guaranteed.

I personally prefer <o rather than o7

Im the odd one out again as I won't salute and just say lo in game...I have a very contrary nature and very serious issues with authority. Besides, a salute is given as a mark of respect, and respect has to be earned. I'll stick to saying lo...not that there's many opportunities out here in the black ^
