You mean "Open"?

The best way to find out, is to just switch to Open.

Note: The hollow squares are other CMDR's.

You're playing in the same galaxy whichever mode you choose. If you want to interact with other players with a high probability of threat from those players, go to Open. If you want a social environment with a low probability of threat from other players, try a Player Group, for instance Mobius (look it up). If you want to play the game free from player interaction, stick to Solo. An easy choice to make.

Sporting about 2800 hours game time there is almost no activity possible in ED that I have not plumbed the depths of. But more directly, if I happened by somebody exploiting wakes outside of Jameson's, I'd probably put a stop to it, too. I don't put up with exploiting on my watch!

I just had a thought...Im in the black and havent so much as seen a tagged star in about...(counts fingers in background)...7 or 9 weeks, possibly 4 but definately something like that...

Sorry, I was just musing on the difference between open and solo out here...Ill get back to ye ^

Edit...I got it, selfies are better in solo haha
