Yes, I've googled them, generally I don't mind the grind, but this is getting fecjking annoying

Independent system in Boom. Best to look for a high population system with bases out beyond 1000ls and cruise 800 to 1000ls out from the primary star... Good Luck! May the RNG God's be with you!

Indeed, this is a very good guide, I have it bookmarked as I refer to it frequently.

The synopsis is Independent, High Population, Boom systems flying at 0.5c between 600-1000ly in Deep Space. High Grade Emission USS is what you look for and they should eventually give you what you require.

Tip. Use this page in EDDB, Set the Allegiance to Independent, the State to Boom, set your current location as the Reference System and Find the stations, then sort by Population to show the highest ones first.
