Perigrina Permit Lockout for Plague

Anyone else notice that this system - which I passed by on my way back from Maia - is now permit locked due to a plague? The description said that any ships entering the atmosphere of the inhabited planet would be summarily destroyed. Wow.

I suspect Thargoid - or left over Guardian bio-weapons - is behind it.

I took a screenshot, but I can't find a way to insert it in this post.

Been that way for a long time probably from launch. So i'd be surprised if it's Thargoid related!

Considering its history.... with the thargoids i'm wondering about mysterious things...

The group is completely independent, most of the Commanders just pledge for PowerPlay modules.

"Completely Independent".

There's a bloke who runs an "Alliance" wing, but he's senior BGS strategist and identity within an Imperial PvP wing.
He says it's "all about PowerPlay modules" too.
There's another feller who runs a small Federation wing, but to hear him tell it he's "completely independent" and his opposition to the Alliance has "nothing to do with that".

I don't buy it. Empire and Sirius is all I see at P.R.I.A
