Whose nighttime should they pick?

Note UK nighttime is out as that would involve overtime payments.

Like many players on the forum in the UK, I'm at home this morning and expected to take a bit of time on Elite. 10am is a ridiculous time. Yes, US is affected too, but surely a 12am US ET time, 5am UK time would have been less disruptive to the majority of players? For those further East, it is prime play time for them too right now (6/7pm SE Asia time!)
Therefore, next patch time, please cause less impact by choosing a better down time start.

And would you be willing to pay for overtime of the FDEV employers that have to come to the office at 5 AM, because you happen the have a free morning and want to play?

You know you poison and most likely destroy fun in a journey rushing to one specific ship right?

Why?

Because the things I want to accomplish in this game revolves around maxing out my imperial rank and then proceeding to take part in the BGS/Powerplay aspect of the game.


The Clipper/Cutter are my favorite ship aesthetically so I would prefer to undertake that task using one of those ships.


In that same breath however I have ZERO interest in mindlessly grinding for weeks and months just to get that point.

My life has come to an end. No EDH for five hours!! What am I going to do? Surely I can't be expected to go outside and speak to people face to face. My human rights have been abused.

Relax, go to the telly and watch Wimbledon or the Tour de France there is no need to do anything so social.

Greetings commanders, we've an update on the way this morning at 10AM UK / 5AM East US.

We expect the servers to be down for about five hours while we perform this update. Below are the patch notes for this update.



Stability Fixes

• Fixed a crash involving Fighters.
• Fixed a crash that could occur when using the vanity camera shortcut while viewing the System/Surface Map.

General Fixes & Tweaks

• Overworked Air Traffic Controllers will no longer greet pilots as they are leaving.

Missions

• We no longer award micro resources that are not used for anything as mission rewards.
• Various mission tweaks and fixes.

I have applied the patch on PS4 so i can tell you they still didn't fix the missing Horizons bug on Primary systems. Still old main menu screen shows in background.

I don't understand how developers don't care this problem. It is like robbing. You say you will give extras if I purchase "bla bla edition", so I purchase but you don't give it. And you say "yeah I know I will give it later". And you do nothing about that for weeks.

What if I say "Give me the game so I maybe give you the money later"??
