I'm not sure what they would attach to but would be cool. . .

One would imagine the rear view mirror that doesnt exist because...(insert cool sounding excuse)...and dont use real life arguments about current modern cars having cameras installed into the rear because that just makes the future look like regression more than progression.

One has long been asking fer this exact thing...I like the weird and the wonderful and the plain downright crazy individual stuff, and this would prove once and fer all that frontier do have an actual sense of humour...

Which is why fluffy dice will never exist...and thats a shame as that would be the answer to all the games woes and trials in all 3 modes I believe ^

Of course, they wouldn't look much like they do in cars because of the lack of gravity - traditional furry dice would float all over the place rather than simply hanging down. If they ever add them, I think a nice feature would be to have the string snap in high-g turns, and for them to float annoyingly around the cockpit until you can dock and have a mechanic replace them - we obviously can't do it ourselves as our legs don't work properly ;)

Someone else made the brilliant suggestion that a rear view mirror should just show the rear of the cockpit.

But yea - modelling the movement physics of furry dice in a zero-g environment, especially during combat, would be challenging.

or it could be magnetic with a magnet on the dashboard, then its constantly hanging down

Forget fluffy dice - I want Trumbles to return (The Elite version of Tribbles).
Nothing beats being blind in a dog fight due to a Trumble crawling across the canopy!
