that's the website I used. I went to 5 different places to look and none had them. is there a PS4 version?
Do you have Horizons by chance, if you just have the base game I do not believe that the Dolphin is available.
From what I see PS4 had 3 releases of the game
Elite Dangerous / Elite Dangerous: Commander Deluxe Edition/ Elite Dangerous: Legendary Edition
At minimum you would require the Commander Deluxe Edition unless Horizons was also sold separately.
