I think I speak for all RES bounty hunters when I say this..

Please remove Powerplay thugs from RES sites. For bounty hunters they serve literally no purpose at RES's. Hell, some even use FDL and anacondas, which are usually worth a lot of credits for bounty hunters if they are piloted by a wanted NPC, but if it's a PP NPC then they're worthless. All they do is fly around and say "You're useless to me, get out of my way".

Now that I've got that out of my system, please consider removing them from bounty hunting sites.

Unless, of course, a player in the Res site (or joining after you) is pledged to an opposing Power.

Also.... stand up for your opinion and say "this is what I think about this", you really don't need to claim to be the voice of the people to give your opinion validity.

Yeah i agree, these PP NPCs are really annoying in a res and im not even pledged.

Most of the time when i enter a res about 4-5 of PP ships spawn and immediately come to scan me calling me worthless, then they fly around doing nothing but clogging up the ship spawn.

But the most annoying thing is when you get wanted and they all just swarm you.

LOL, if you turned yourself from being "worthless" to being "worth" something, by becoming "wanted", than how is that anybody's fault but your own, or a game braking element, or something that's at odds with what one should expect, given if you are wanted than you are fair game to NPC or players alike.

Honestly i dont mind getting attacked when wanted but why do the PP guys care so much? Why not just add NPC bounty hunters instead?

It is really annoying when you jump into a RES but need to wait 5minutes for wanted npc's to show up because 6 powerplay agents want to scan you first.

I really don't feel like the game should tailor itself to my CMDR.

If it makes sense for them to be there, they should be there, if it doesn't they should be very rare or absent. How much it would benefit my CMDR is completely meaningless. It's bad enough that NPC ranks scale.

Never really paid much attention to them, and didn't know what they were until now. Whatever. I'll still not pay much attention to them. Moving on... ;)

I will agree with that.
Even if you are pledged to an opposing power in a res site, the local powers security ignore you anyway....which is good. So why not remove them entirely ? Giving us more bounties to collect.

I actually kind of agree with the OP.

Even when I go hunting in hostile territory (apparently), all they do is scan me and wander off hogging up the instance. They don't even shoot me. Lol

I had 7 Felicity Winters NPCs just floating around in a RES the other day. (I was pledge to Aisling Duval). All they did was keep scanning me for no reason.

I didn't need merits, so murdering them wasn't necessary.

As soon as I want to farm merits. Do they spawn by the masses? Of course not.
