Location of landable planet orbiting a Neutron Star?

Hello Comrades,
I read a post the other day with a video about a landable planet orbiting a Neutron Star insanely close.

I want to head out to this system but I didn't write the system name down at the time and for the life of me I cannot find the original post or video. I seem to think the system name began with an "S" and there was something like a 20 minute window to be able to land safely without getting caught in the jets.

Does anyone remember/ have a note of this system please? [where is it]

You'll need permits, but Sirius fulfills this criteria too, and is much closer.
