So i went to pickup my CG loot from Harma...

I'm in my Asp at Shinny and i need to pickup my loot from the CG. No worries lets crack on I think.

Asp has beast shields (86MJ with -15% TR !!) and no guns so I set my waypoint and get jumping....

Get to Harma and back the throttles off when I drop in and setup my nav for Gabriels and focus my hi-wake exit. Jobs a goodun..

Start cruising and see a contact, FdL...hmmm back off and low wake to be safe, wait a few then re-engage drives for SC.

New contact pops up DB Scout, should be alright....BOOM TRIANGLE...4 pips to shield 2 to drives and submit. AAAARGH MINI GANK MOBILE ALERT !!!!



Boost away and engage drive to the focused hi-wake nav, Scout starts lighting me up and the rings start disappearing quick smart. This is gonna be close....

Get out just before things go pear and end up next door.

Balls, all I wanna do is get my loot but its bandit country and I'm an Empire scumbag in Delaine turf. They can gank me legit.

I noticed a mate is in the same area so I call him on the batphone and chuck a wingvite over. He is in his Conda so I hope that the fact I'm winged will keep the heat off and I can get to the station.

Sure enough I get through the 250ls to Gabs and set her down without any more drama.



I could have flown my MonstaConda and just grabbed the loot without any drama but I fancied my chances in the Asp.

Glad I did ;)

It maybe because you're Imperial. Archon's people hate the empire, they are more friendly with the Feds, not allied, but friendly.

Beast shields? That is the equivalent to a 3C stock shield - in other words, shields made of paper. I would suggest avoiding enemies drifting in space in space suits, they might kick a hole through your shields! :p

Yeah, it's funny how a heavily armed and fully operational battle station Anaconda running interference keeps the little nippers down a bit, right?. ;)

I pulled out of the Harma station in my Anaconda after collecting my stash, one guy turns around in the station and takes off into the slot, I don't know if he was trying to pin me or run away, brushed him aside and left, saw others milling about outside but no-one made a move.

They're out there, but like to pick on the defenseless and unwary.

Yep, it seems the Conda is too much for these 'skilled' PvPers. :D
