A noticeable lack of AC commanders could well mean that they are somewhat pessimistic about their future in the sector, unsurprising considering the damage being taken by their ships. I would like to note that activities for the Social Ross 128 Coalition outside of Ross 128 help your reputation with the faction but don't help with the influence of the Coalition IN Ross 128. For maximum effect please consider following my advice further up in this thread for activities in Ross 128.
