Not so sure it will, any more.
More and more Citizens are realizing that throwing more money at this project isn't going to release it any faster.
I guess some at CIG got very upset with this animation the Goons cooked up:

And the longer it goes without release the more ridiculous all those previous estimates begin to look.

Tell that to the $40,000 they made in sales yesterday!
That's assuming CIG's fundraising claims are honest and accurate.
By now the original 'estimates' have been revealed to be 'pie in the sky' nonsense, and clearly bearing no semblance to reality.
Buy an Idris.
If the counter was a lie they would have run out of money ages ago.
hellblade? please, if anyone want to point at games for cinematic standard, don't point at anything other than hideo kojima's metal gear solid seriesMeanwhile, I hope no one shows Roberts Hellblade. He would probably be overcome by the possibilities for realising his glorious cinematic vision which have emerged in the half a decade that CIG have spent reinventing wheels and jamming square pegs into round holes. And he would have to recalibrate his definition of "fidelity", which would mean starting over on all of the SC assets. But the longer development drags on, the more outdated and primitive SC will look.
This always confuses me: How are people, fans or critics, able to guess how much time it will take until a certain version will be released? What is the information basis for these estimates?
maybe they are just assuming it will work with touch controllers?
