Horizons Multi-Crew Rewards

For the most part, Multi-crew has been great.
The only thing that s me about it are the rewards.

I have an anaconda and invited a few friends to join my crew. We went out bounty hunting but they only received 10% of the bounty rewards.
I understand that it is my ship, therefor I should be getting a bigger portion of the reward....... but shouldn't that be my choice though ?

I allow friends to join my crew in order to help them out when they first start the game.

I would like to see an option to assign a reward percentage when requesting crew. Anything between 10% to 50%.
That way, for people who are jumping into other peoples ships, they can seek ships with higher rewards. Just to add a little reward competition into the mix.

Because if the Reward where not linked to Rank a complete Noob with 30mins experience could sit in a ship worth millions that took weeks to earn and make Millions from others Hard work, Millions they would never have access to Because they have no experience and they have a Sidewinder that would struggle to win a fight with a Paper bag and worse than that you Don't even need to kill a single ship you still get Paid even if you Did nothing!

Who does that, though?

People looking for an edge, any edge, in things like PVP. I mean I've got enough computers in the house I could get 3 copies of Elite to get the two extra pips. Would make running certain cap hungry builds viable then.

Isn't the tag line to this game "Blaze your own trail?" What if that trail is getting to the point where they can comfortably play with friends and have fun? How does that harm others, especially those playing in solo or in private groups? Does it have a direct impact on your gaming experience? I thought the point of open world sandboxes were to allow people the freedom to play how it best suites their style.

well the best way to help a noob friend is invite him to a wing and do some HZ-RES bounty hunt
multicrew isn't really for human crew when we talk about rewards
other day a friend of mine join me to do some massacre, I got 2mil and he got 100k

Wing Bounty Hunt is best

Some kind CMDR invited me to be his SLF pilot. I earned some money and accepted although I dont need it.
If I dont claim SLF reward, will it belong to Helm pilot, or it is "wasted"?

Yep, for helping newbro's, wings is where it's at.

I am not a regular user of multi crew, for reasons well-articulated by others above, but I wouldn't be without it, either; I have a buddy who's exploring out in Colonia area, who was able to join me and the rest of our buddies carving it up in Kaushpoos CG last week - alright, he didn't get much in terms of cash reward for his efforts, but if you just want a break from the void, it's not about that.
You don't want miss out on fun in the bubble, but can't justify a second account for exploration? Then multi crew is a bloody life saver, and the worst of the bugs we suffered at the launch of 2.3 do seem to have been kinked out now.
