Does any Cmdr know the location/home system of the Kumo Crew? I've checked Harma and they're not there. I've seen the NPC crews flying around in supercruise around the bubble. But their home system....
It's a mystery to me. Looking for some criminal activities to carry out o7

It's strange you see them flying around but no location.

It's a powerplay faction, not a minor faction. As such, they don't have a home system, but instead have a headquarter system: Harma.
