No, they just did a investment round that raise 17 million from Tencent.

I do not believe that we will be doing any sort of 'KickStarter' for Jurassic World Evolution.

I do hope we can convince them to open early access as this will help provide good feedback and testing! Have a read at this link on an indie game that had much success in early access!

I was part of the Dev Team of Starpoint Gemini 2 (UED), the game which is considered to be the father of Early Access. I know how useful it can be

Based on Planet Coaster I'd expect it's highly probable that early bird (early raptor?) access will be available for alpha and beta testing.

It worked very well for FDev with Elite and Planet Coaster, so I don't doubt that they would want to do this for JWE.

If you just want to contribute, buy something from the store. Apart from sales of the game, it's unlikely FD will do any other type of fund raising for ED now. Worth keeping an eye on the store though. They may offer a lifetime upgrade pass again one day.

I couldn't care less about ED. Dinosaurs, on the other hand, yay!
