So I've gone about as far out as I can on the edge of the galaxy to the south west.
Update: That's as far as I can go. There are no other stars visible on the GalMap further out. (Video Here)
I've never been in an area this sparse and navigation is a challenge.
Yesterday I had to spend 4 hours burning off fuel to make a jump, and probably more than 4 hours replenishing jumponium mats.
I have to admit it's a bit scary being out this far, teetering on the edge of the abyss.
I'm constantly worried I won't be able to find a way back out or I'll run out of jumponium and maroon myself.
I'm enjoying being out here though. Just hope I can find a route back without backtracking where I've already been.
