Incompetent/inexperienced CMDR in an unsuitable loadout vs. someone that has at least a vague idea of what's going on in a well tooled setup.
Nothing remotely indicative of cheating in the video.
Yes, terrible piloting by the corvette, especially as he could have high waked at a moments notice. Also, clearly did not have pips to systems as the dropship wasn't dishing out that much damage. Frankly, if a pilot has any of the big three and can't defend it from that, they don't deserve to have it.
the corvette seemed sluggish and did not use the weapons efficiently... since he was combat-competent i would say he seldom did combat in that ship or was not combat fitted...
other than, that the reason for the engagement was missing, excellent gameplay
(oh, and i don't get the german reference here. "Die" is clearly meant as violent intent to kill not as preposition. i don't get it)

I thought it was a bit of fun to drink my morning coffee to.
I think the Corvette pilot may have thought he could beat a FAS. Hard not to ram with the thing I know, but Hercules ships held up well to the impact compared to Corvette. If I fly the drop ship or one of its variants, I only have to look at a Corvette for my shields to drop - hey and that is with engineering!

Premium ammo on the multicanon I guess. But the Corvette pilot was not the best too. He should have highwaked.

Tbf Hercules is doing him a favour by teaching him that just having an apex warship isn't enough to wander around the galaxy with impunity...you actually have to be able to fly the thing!

its a typical situation.. when newbie cmdr grinded for credits and rank and after that buying vette or cutter or conda from sidewinder or cobra.. nevermind.. they think they are a GOD cuz they have biggest ship.
ship bought , skill not bought and ofc they play in open play.

If that's how you think the game works you'll be in for a rude awakening should you try some pvp. Also, there was not the hint of a sign of cheating in that vid.
