They are indeed quite rare. If you're still there you might want to check out the other systems in that boxel, as the's a chance you'll find more. So, if these systems exist:
GRU PHRUA WB-A C2-1
GRU PHRUA WB-A C2-2
GRU PHRUA WB-A C2-3
etc.

Plus, it seems as this type of system has a higher chance for large Water Worlds. The larger one in that WW binary looks tasty!
