It is a shame that the second any negativity is shared you get trounced on. I stopped posting in the SC forum a week after the KS ended :(

With every single forum thread being derailed and pulled offtopic it was only a matter of time until people with critical views were using other platforms to voice their opinions uninterrupted and staying calm doing so. The comments even tho fierce battlegrounds dont change the message of the video. And it only provides another example for the raging toxic behavior of people who froth at the mouth using swearwords and capital letters to bring their points across.

I play PvP a few times. Even pew-pew with NPCs. It's fun. But it's not what I want to do hours on end every day. I tried, because I wanted to rank up my combat, but after a few days, I wanted to do something else.

I think the problem with CQC is that it's entirely 'disposable' combat. You kill someone, they almost instantly respawn. You win a game, it's almost instantly forgotten. It obviously needs things like additional game modes, but also leaderboards/ladders, team leagues, championships etc.

There's nothing wrong with pick up 'n' play arcadey action - especially with people you know, but after a while I start to question "why am I doing this?".

CQC with bots would be awesome..... PVM = Players vs MoM :D

Just... just imagine.
Players trying to stem an horde of smaller thargoid ships.
A wave-mode of play.
Every five or ten waves you get a boss fight with the chance to upgrade the ship.

Sorry, but I'd play the schwalbe out of it!

i have not watched any of your streams in a while.... used to love em then a child came along and sucked out all my spare time.

void is more acceptable however as it is a correct word and you use it in an accurate context.

Verse is a line of poetry, a story in the bible or part of a song... its not slang to be used by the "cool" kids for anything to do with space :D

I'm with you on that 100%.

Even stronger pet hates I have being 'very unique', and 'straightaway' (for the main straight on a racing circuit). Both make me shudder!

E. Gawd help anyone telling me about 'a very unique straightway found in the verse'. There's not a court in the land would convict me. Assuming they find the body. ...

Nah, Firefly fans are easy to spot as they look wistfully sad, imagining what might have been if only their dreams had been realised.

Sorry, I think I've completely misunderstood what Star Citizen was about, not rock and roll poets?

I really can't be angry with them over the 'verse thing. It's just CIG being their usual artistically and creatively bankrupt selves — innovation, inventiveness, and imagination isn't really something you could expect from them, so stealing a from the best is probably as much as one could ever hope for.
