What happened to Saturn in the past 1000 years?!?

Pretty sure Saturn has a Hexagon not a Pentagon at the moment...

Can anyone go to the Sol system in game, I'm near Colonia right now so can't check and I can't get any decent view from video or pictures as everyone looks side on, this is the bobblehead version which looks suspiciously 5 sided then 10 sided on the outer ring...

I just figure that right now we don't really have an explaination for the cloud formations on saturn at this time.
And they are just that.... clouds...... anything can heppen in 1 thousand years.

I figure the same, I just know there's some exceptionally smart people around that may or may not have an answer so I thought I'd ask as usually any answers are interesting and give me things to read/watch on my 2nd monitor whilst flying :)
It's the little things that peak my curiosity, this all came from the bobblehead rotating and me spotting that whilst flying around!

Most likely another example of inattention to detail common in the Sol System. Yes, it's all very pretty and familiar, but inaccurate when you look closer. I still feel like throwing up in my mouth every time I fly past Mercury.

Saturn never really looked right to me in ED. It's too bright, too wide, and the rings look too small.

Exactly, Sol is just awful in game and for me is a testimony to the overall inaccuracy of our in game galaxy

You think Saturn is not quite accurate?

Try googling: "Juno images".

The high res stuff coming from Jupiter right now looks like the surface has taken some really good acid at a great party.

I pushed hard to get my Sol permit, and once I earned it and went for my first visit, this was my reaction:

As for the OP, we must have killed off the intelligent life on Saturn that is obviously trying to communicate with us today:
