I remember in the kickstarter Sandy writing about how you'd jump star to star (as we do) but once in a system you can jump to another small star in a micro jump. Instead, we got sitting in supercruise for dozens of unplayable minutes. Why?
For the same reason when dealing with a Binary system (or greater), we only have 1 star to choose from when we choose a system instead of multiple when outside the system: because it's coded that way.

Because apparently FDev has not figured out a way to add sub-beacons or Jump gates. It's a good idea to "de-wheel spin" the game and that's why it wont happen.
